
Class Schedule
We have 30-minute sessions Monday through Saturday each week, both morning and afternoon to make sure you can get your workouts in around work and social schedules! Each day is specified to a muscle group to keep things in recovery rotation! You can see which days are for what body parts under the day of the week with the schedule below!
